The Camavinga facility is almost ready to open on the central General Álvarez de Castro Street, between Glorieta de Quevedo and Glorieta del Pintor Sorolla, in Iglesia.
The brothers’ business will open steps away from Eloy Gonzalo Street and Plaza de Olavide. As the Instagram account followed by the Real Madrid midfielder points out, the space will be dedicated to the brothers’ passion: “CamasShoes”, a reference to the footballer and his love for sneakers; and “CamavingaCuts”, which deals with haircuts, a professional activity performed by the elder Sebastiao. From outside the premises, you can see the typical chairs and utensils.
Sebastiao started his career as a barber in the capital city of Delegang, Chueca. Sebastiao told Marca in January 2022: “I am happy at this hair salon, but my dream is to set up my beauty salon in Madrid. Maybe at the Bernabéu.”
Precisely in the past few hours, the account has shown several images and videos suggesting an upcoming opening. The exact location of The Camavinga House was recorded by this newspaper as occurring on the day Real Madrid officially renewed the contract with Eduardo Camavinga.
When he was just 20 years old, Camavinga played 114 matches for the white club and won 6 titles: 1 Champions League, 1 Club World Cup, 1 European Super Cup, 1 League, 1 Copa del Rey, and 1 Spanish Super Cup. In addition, he was also nominated for Golden Boy in 2021 and 2022, and Kopa Cup in 2022 and 2023.
